Western Australia covers the western third of Australia. This vast area offers tourists a wonderful opportunity to experience the dusty arid outback, spectacular landscapes, many wonderful national parks and cities and towns steeped in history. Below are three Casey Western Australia Tours travelling exclusively in WA, which will take you to see some of the state’s diverse tourist destinations, as well as some lesser known spots.

14 Day Experience Extraordinary WA Tour

As the weather moves from summer into autumn, this tour will take you along the picturesque WA coastline from Perth right up to the pearl of the north Broome. One of the first stops is the famous Pinnacles of Nambung National Park in Cervantes. These unique limestone pillars, some standing up to 3.5 meters above the sandy desert provide an interesting landscape for visitors to explore. Another stop along the road to Broome, is the riverside town of Kalbarri, well known for the Kalbarri National Park, Murchison River Gorge, Z Bend and Nature’s Window. Further north is Coral Bay and the world heritage listed Ningaloo Reef. This distinctive reef fringes the coast for some 260 kilometres making this region abundant in marine life. Explore this region with a glass bottom boat tour allowing you to view the coral reef and all its inhabitants. After the wonders of the reef head into the stunning Karijini National Park, the second largest national park in WA. Notable for its gorges, canyons, waterfalls and water holes, so make sure you’ve packed your bathers. Another national park on the agenda is Millstream-Chichester National Park, nestled within the Chichester Range. Some of the other locations included in this itinerary include: Karratha, Port Hedland and then the lovely town of Broome at the conclusion of the tour.

14 Day Gibb River Road, Kimberley & Bungles

The Kimberley’s is the northernmost region of WA and includes many stunning natural wonders making it a very popular destination for holiday goers. This tour spends 11 nights camping, allowing passengers to get off the beaten track and stay at some truly beautiful natural locations. Windjana Gorge National Park is one of the first stops after this tour heads out from Broome, with the spectacular Windjana Gorge, Geikie Gorge and Tunnel Creek as spots you won’t want to miss. This national park is home to many interesting plant and animal species, so be sure to keep an eye out. Spend another of the trip’s evenings camping at Silent Grove in the Kind Leopold Ranges, where you can check out Bell Gorge another beautiful nature spot. Home Valley Station is another great spot on the trip, the station offers unforgettable scenery as it sits perfectly between the Pentecost River and the Cockburn Range.
