- Land based tours depart from and return to the Westrail Centre (Interstate Rail Terminal) East Perth WA.
- Tours with air travel depart from the nearest capital city airport.
- Passengers may also depart from our O’Connor depot by arrangement.
- Specific tours may offer alternative departure locations, please contact one of our friendly staff if you have questions regarding departure location options.
We use air services of Virgin Australia, Qantas, Jetstar, and Air New Zealand. Carrier and flight times are provided approximately one month prior to departure.
Land only packages are available upon request, please contact us for prices and details.
Alteration of Flights
If you wish to have a different departure or return flight from the scheduled flight this can be arranged for no fee but must be stated in writing 60 days before departure. Any increase in the cost of the new flight from the scheduled flight will need to be paid.
Bookings & Payments
Bookings can be made by completing a booking form on this site or by contacting us by phone,e-mail or post. Bookings are confirmed with an AU$100 per person deposit. The balance of fare is due one month prior to departure, or two months if the tour contains an airfare. Bookings made within the full fare payable period require full payment within 5 working days. We accept payments via cash, bank cheque, personal cheque, money order, bank transfer or credit card (*Visa, MasterCard, payments made by credit card over $200 are subject to a 2% service fee).
All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices are based on twin share accommodation. Single Supplements are available on most tours. All inclusions are stated under “Inclusions” in the tour itinerary and in the day by day breakdown.
We require a minimum number of passengers to guarantee a tour departure. If you choose to book a tour as a land only component we suggest making contact with our office to confirm the tour departure before booking flights or any other planned activities in connection with your tour. We will not be held liable for any fees or losses associated with a cancellation of tour.
We have no age limit or health standard. We do however trust your good sense. We ask that if you do have a condition which may affect you while on tour you inform our staff upon booking. We suggest, if you have any health issues/concerns or have recently had a serious illness, to consult your doctor to see if you are fit to travel. Due to the variety of temperatures encountered on tour and the fact that you travel in close confinement with other people you may consider having a flu injection before departure, particularly during the winter months.
