Tours with air travel depart from the nearest capital city airport. Specific tours may offer alternative departure locations, please contact one of our friendly team if you have questions regarding departure options.
Bookings & Payments
Bookings can be made with a $200 per person deposit by contacting us by phone, mail or email. Full fare is payable two months prior to departure. Bookings within the full fare payable period require full payment immediately.
We accept payments via cash, cheque, bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard. (Payments by credit card over $200 per person are subject to a 1.5% service fee).

Fare Protection
For extended domestic tours a Fare Protection Plan is available which is designed to protect your fare should you become ill or a member of your family become life threateningly ill before or whilst on tour. Details are available when booking.
Pricing
All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices are based on twin share accommodation. Single Supplements are available. Inclusions are stated at the beginning of each tour description and in the day by day itinerary.
Coaches
For the enjoyment of all travellers Casey Australia Tours operates a daily seat rotation system which all travellers must participate in as a condition of booking. Please see tour itinerary pages for specific coach details. Please refer to our Coaches page for further details about our fleet.
Your Health
We have no age limit or fitness standard. We do however trust your good sense. We ask that if you do have a condition which may affect you while on tour you inform our staff upon booking. We suggest, if you are elderly or have recently had a serious illness, to consult your doctor to see if you are fit to travel.
Tour Viability
We require a minimum number of passengers to guarantee a tour departure. When booking any tour we suggest making contact with our office to confirm the tour departure before booking flights or any other planned activities in connection with your tour. We will not be held liable for any fees or losses associated with the cancellation or modification of any tour.
Airfares
We use air services of Virgin Australia, Qantas, Jetstar and Air New Zealand. Flight times are provided four weeks prior to departure. Names as per photo ID must be provided otherwise Airline name change fees will be applicable.
Alteration of Flights
If you wish to have a different departure or return flight from the scheduled flight this can be arranged but must be stated in writing at least 60 days before departure. Any increase in the cost of the new flight from the scheduled flight will need to be paid.
Last Minute Bookings
Quoted costings are guaranteed up to 60 days prior to departure (subject to availability). After this time there may be surcharges on accommodation and flights. Shared accommodation may not be available in which case a single supplement will be applicable for solo travellers.
